Our Story
Ellis Signature Homes grew out of Wiseman Properties, our successful development company founded by Ellis Wiseman. After a decade of creating high‑end developments, we decided to bring our expertise directly to families looking for a truly personal home.
We’re a small, dedicated team of five in‑house professionals supported by a network of around 30 trusted subcontractors. Many of us have worked together for years, so there’s a real sense of camaraderie and shared pride in every project.
Over the years we’ve delivered dozens of luxury properties and even reached the finals of a heritage and design award. Today, we focus exclusively on bespoke family homes in Essex and the South‑East.
